維摩詰言。仁者此大眾無乃可恥　三呵。肇曰。勵未成。

Vimalakīrti said, “Virtuous sirs, is this great assembly not perhaps ashamed?”
[Part] three: the rebuke. Zhao says: “He encourages those not yet accomplished.”
