彼菩薩言。其人何如乃作是化。德力無畏神足若斯　三重問。化事既覩所使之威。光明能化之力妙故再問也。

Those bodhisattvas said, “What kind of person is he that he could produce such an emanation, with virtue, power, fearlessness, and bases of supernormal power like this?”
This is the third, questioning again. Having seen the awe of the one dispatched in this emanation activity, and because the power of radiance of the one able to emanate is wondrous, they asked again.
