此下兩品大段第三歸宗印定。前品廣佛事不同多明淨土之宗。後品現淨名勝身勝土多明印定。香積大士悟諸佛之平等知淨穢之隨緣請法退還因以目品也。

From here down, the two chapters form the third major section: returning to the ultimate principle and sealing with confirmation. The preceding chapter extensively explains the differences in Buddha-activities, largely illuminating the principle of pure lands. The subsequent chapter manifests Jingming's superior body and superior land, largely illuminating the confirmation. The mahāsattvas from Fragrance Accumulation awaken to the equality of all Buddhas, understand purity and defilement as following conditions, request the Dharma, and withdraw; hence the chapter is titled accordingly.
