過五劫已告其千子。汝等亦當如我以深心供養於佛。於是千子受父王命。供養藥王如來。復滿五劫一切施安　二千子供養有告有奉。可見。

"After five kalpas had passed, he said to his thousand sons: 'You too should, as I have done, make offerings to the Buddha with a profound mind.' Thereupon, the thousand sons received the command of their father, the king, and made offerings to Bhaiṣajyarāja Tathāgata, providing every comfort for another five kalpas." / The second [part] clarifies the offerings made by the sons, including both the command and their compliance, as can be seen.
