於佛滅後以其所得神通總持辯才之力。滿十小劫。藥王如來所轉法輪隨而分布　二以具三業功德故弘法也。

"After the Buddha's parinirvāṇa, by the power of the supernatural powers, dhāraṇīs, and eloquence he had attained, he followed and distributed the wheel of the Dharma turned by the Tathāgata Bhaiṣajyarāja for ten intermediate kalpas." / Second, he propagated the Dharma because he was endowed with the merits of the three karmas.
