此品付囑護持傳法事。大緣累不輕。殷勤付囑故云囑累。又云殷勤。再三故云囑累。

This chapter entrusts the matter of guarding, maintaining, and transmitting the Dharma. Because this great cause and connection places a heavy burden, it is earnestly entrusted; hence it is called 'Entrustment' (zhulei). Moreover, it says 'earnestly, repeatedly,' hence it is called 'Entrustment.'
