辨才無滯智慧無礙 此難權智。亦內外惠外辨也。肇曰。訶辨圓應而無滯。智慧周通而無礙也。
"His eloquence is without hesitation; his wisdom is unobstructed." This praises his expedient means and wisdom; it is also internal wisdom and external eloquence. Zhao says: His admonishing eloquence responds perfectly without hesitation; his wisdom penetrates everywhere without obstruction.
