"Richly possessing the seven treasures of wealth, / He teaches and confers them to yield increase; / Practicing in accordance with what is taught, / Dedication [of merit] becomes the great profit." / Zhao says: "The seven treasures of wealth are faith, morality, hearing, relinquishment, wisdom, shame, and conscience. Worldly people consider jade and silks to be abundance; the bodhisattva considers the seven treasures of wealth to be riches. Giving out and taking in the Dharma treasures, he shares the profit with others, and also displays the method of yielding increase, causing them to practice in accordance with what is taught and dedicate it toward the Buddha path. This is the greatest of profits."
