1.66

"If kings, great ministers, brahmins, householders, elders, officials, and such people, insatiably greedy, commit the five heinous sins, slander the vaipulya sūtras, and are replete with the ten unwholesome actions, this great evil retribution warrants falling into the evil realms; swifter than a torrential downpour, they must surely fall into the Avīci Hell. If they wish to eradicate this karmic obstacle, they should give rise to shame and remorse, and reform and repent all their sins.
