此戒結前三十捨墮。亦通問諸戒中清淨法猶默然。知清淨故。言是事如是持。

This precept concludes the preceding thirty forfeitures and fallings. It also generally inquires into the pure dharmas among the various precepts; since they remain silent, knowing that they are pure, it says: "thus do I hold this matter."
