In the extensive explanation of the Śrutamayī Bhūmi, the second section, explaining the topic of medicine (cikitsā-vidyā), has four parts: 1. questions; 2. brief answers; 3. explanations, which has four parts as in the treatise; 4. reference to the sūtra.
