Seventh, explaining the establishment of the three gateways to liberation based on the three trainings, divided into four: 1. General indication; 2. Enumerating the names; 3. Explanations, divided into five: (1) General question; (2) Brief answer; (3) Enumerating the names; (4) Detailed explanations, divided into two: a. Explaining existent phenomena, divided into three: indicating, enumerating the names, and explaining, divided into three based on the conditioned five aggregates, based on nirvāṇa, and general conclusion; b. Explaining non-existent phenomena; (5) Correlating with the three gateways to liberation, divided into three: a. Correlating conditioned phenomena with the wishless gateway to liberation, divided into two: establishing the cause, and demonstrating the result; b. Correlating unconditioned phenomena with the signless gateway to liberation, divided into two: establishing the cause, and demonstrating the result; c. Correlating non-existent phenomena with the emptiness gateway to liberation, divided into two: establishing the cause, and demonstrating the result; 4. General conclusion.
