二別釋分四十四中第三十一依不往聽法立學處相分三。一立犯人。二明犯相分二。一明有染犯分三。一立因。二顯果。三結。二明非染犯。三明無犯相分二。一總標。二別釋分十。一依不覺明無犯。二依疾病明無犯。三依無力明無犯。四依倒說明無犯。五依持護他意明無犯。六依先數聞等明無犯。七依自多聞明無犯。八依住心明無犯。九依勝定明無犯。十依自鈍根明無犯分二。一立因。二顯果。

In the second part, detailed explanations divided into forty-four, the thirty-first, on establishing the characteristics of the training rules based on not going to hear the Dharma, is divided into three: 1. establishing the transgressor; 2. explaining the characteristics of the transgression, divided into two: (1) explaining transgressions with defilement, divided into three: [i] establishing the cause, [ii] showing the result, [iii] the conclusion; (2) explaining transgressions without defilement; 3. explaining the characteristics of non-transgression, divided into two: (1) a general statement, (2) a detailed explanation, divided into ten: [i] explaining non-transgression with respect to lack of awareness, [ii] explaining non-transgression with respect to illness, [iii] explaining non-transgression with respect to lack of strength, [iv] explaining non-transgression with respect to inverted explanation, [v] explaining non-transgression with respect to guarding another's intention, [vi] explaining non-transgression with respect to having previously heard it repeatedly and the like, [vii] explaining non-transgression with respect to one's own extensive learning, [viii] explaining non-transgression with respect to stabilizing the mind, [ix] explaining non-transgression with respect to superior concentration, [x] explaining non-transgression with respect to one's own dull faculties, divided into two: (i) establishing the cause, (ii) showing the result.
