分十二中第三明四無量二意樂所攝義分二　一明安樂意樂攝慈等三觀義分二。一標。二釋分三如論　二明利益意樂攝捨一觀義分二。一標。二釋。

Of the twelve parts, 3. explaining the meaning of the four immeasurables being subsumed under two kinds of resolution has two [parts]: (1) explaining the meaning of the resolution for well-being subsuming the three contemplations of loving-kindness and so forth has two [parts]: [a] heading, [b] explanation, which has three [parts], as in the treatise; (2) explaining the meaning of the resolution for benefit subsuming the single contemplation of equanimity has two [parts]: [a] heading, [b] explanation.
