分十中第二依初靜慮等八定明諸根證得差別分四。一明初靜慮根證得相分三。一問。二略答。三別釋。二例明第二靜慮證得相。三明第三靜慮證得相。四明第四靜慮已上證得相。

The second [section] among the ten divisions, explaining the distinction in the realization of the faculties based on the eight concentrations such as the first dhyāna, is divided into four: 1. explaining the characteristics of the realization of faculties in the first dhyāna, divided into three: (1) questioning, (2) brief answering, and (3) specific explaining; 2. explaining by analogy the characteristics of the realization of the second dhyāna; 3. explaining the characteristics of the realization of the third dhyāna; and 4. explaining the characteristics of the realization of the fourth dhyāna and above.
