二取執彼三見戒禁及所依蘊為勝能淨者。此釋二取疎迷苦義。謂彼見取執前三見。戒取執彼諸見。戒禁及所依蘊為勝能淨。由隔親迷三見起故。故是疎迷非親迷也。

"The two clingings grasp those three views, precepts, and the aggregates on which they rely as superior and capable of purification": this explains the meaning that the two clingings are indirectly deluded about suffering. Namely, clinging to views grasps the previous three views, and clinging to precepts grasps those views, precepts, rules, and the aggregates on which they rely as superior and capable of purification. Because they arise separated [from suffering] by the three directly deluded views, they are indirect delusions, not direct delusions.
