悔非無學離欲捨故者。謂此悔者唯屬欲界。離欲界時早已捨悔。況無學者離三界惑而有悔也。

"Remorse does not belong to the non-learner because it is abandoned upon separation from desire": this means that this remorse belongs exclusively to the desire realm. When one separates from the desire realm, one has already abandoned remorse; how much less could a non-learner, who has abandoned the defilements of the three realms, possess remorse?
