小乘宗異部有二十等者。異部執論偈頌中云。十八及本二。皆從大眾出。無是亦無非。我說未來起。

Regarding "the different schools of the Hīnayāna doctrine number twenty," and so forth: The verse in the Samayabhedoparacanacakra states: / Eighteen together with the original two / All arose from the Mahāsāṃghika. / There is neither right nor wrong; / I speak of what will arise in the future.
