此定非異色心心所有實體用等者。此中量云。此不相應定非異於色心心所有實體用。宗也。許蘊攝故者因也。如色心等者。喻也。並云。色心等法蘊所攝。非異色心有體用。不相應行許蘊攝。非離心等有體用。

Regarding 'These are definitely not distinct from form, mind, and mental factors with a real substantial entity and function', and so forth: in this inference, the thesis is: 'These non-associated [formations] are definitely not distinct from form, mind, and mental factors with a real substantial entity and function.' The reason is: 'Because they are accepted as being subsumed under the aggregates.' The example is: 'Like form, mind, and so forth.' Combined together, it states: 'Dharmas such as form and mind are subsumed under the aggregates and do not have a substantial entity or function distinct from form and mind. Non-associated formations are accepted as being subsumed under the aggregates; [hence] they do not have a substantial entity or function separate from mind and the rest.'
