具說染淨所斷證修等者。染即貪等。淨即信等。染即所斷。淨即所修。所修是智。所證是理。今依起行而進趣也。

Regarding "Fully expounding defilement and purity, what is abandoned, realized, and cultivated, etc.": Defilement refers to greed and the like; purity refers to faith and the like. Defilement is what is abandoned; purity is what is cultivated. What is cultivated is wisdom; what is realized is principle. Now, relying on giving rise to practice, one advances.
