論。以見法身至入於涅槃　述曰。此顯利他德也。隨本發心利眾生願。能現八相權作佛身。八相成道作眾生事。

[Treatise:] Through perceiving the dharmakāya... entering nirvāṇa.
[Exposition:] This reveals the virtue of benefiting others. In accordance with the original aspiration and vow to benefit sentient beings, they can manifest the eight phases, provisionally acting as the Buddha body. Through the eight phases of attaining awakening, they perform the activities of sentient beings.
