論。以眾生至故不能了　述曰。此舉非顯失也。以眾生妄見等者。此明妄見有限之境。以妄起想念等者。此顯不見所由。即明由有妄所見故有所不見。

[Treatise:] Because sentient beings ... therefore cannot understand. [Commentary:] This raises what is wrong to reveal the fault. "Because sentient beings falsely see" and so forth: this clarifies the falsely seen limited realms. "Because they falsely arouse conceptions and thoughts" and so forth: this reveals the reason for not seeing; that is, it clarifies that because there is that which is falsely seen, there is that which is not seen.
