論。又問曰至多不能見　述曰。下顯智用能普利益。於中問答。此問也。即由前說有大智用能普益生故為此問。

[Treatise:] It is also asked: ... most are unable to see? [Commentary:] Below, the function of cognition being able to benefit universally is revealed. Within it are a question and an answer; this is the question. Precisely because it was previously stated that there is a great cognitive function able to universally benefit beings, this question is asked.
