論。四者信僧至如實行故　述曰。此即信有起行之人。法籍人弘故次明也。

[Treatise:] Fourth, having faith in the Saṅgha ... practicing in accordance with reality. [Commentary:] This is having faith that there are persons who undertake the practice. Because the Dharma relies on people for its propagation, it is explained next.
