論。云何隨順至雙現前故　述曰。此顯雙運釋隨順義。以此二義漸習等者。顯能隨順之方便也。不相捨離雙現前者。明所隨順之正觀也。即止時觀即觀時止。止觀齊均名不相離等也。

[Treatise:] How is there concordance? ... because both appear together. [Exposition:] This shows dual operation to explain the meaning of concordance. "Gradually training with these two meanings," etc., shows the expedients that are capable of concordance. "Not abandoning one another, both appearing together" clarifies the genuine insight that is concorded with. Calm at the very time of insight, insight at the very time of calm, calm and insight being equal and balanced, is called "not abandoning one another," etc.
