論。若復有人至之所受記　述曰。次下別顯三慧益相。於中有三。謂聞思修。此初也。真如本覺共佛齊同。一念證會與佛無異聞。而喜悅不怯修行。當知此人定紹佛種。佛與受記。決定無疑。

[Treatise:] "If again there is a person […] bestowed with prediction [of awakening]." / [Exposition:] Next, it separately shows the beneficial aspects of the three wisdoms. There are three: namely, hearing, thinking, and cultivating. This is the first. Suchness and original awakening are completely identical with the Buddha. Realizing and matching it in a single thought is no different from the Buddha. Hearing it, one rejoices and is not timid in cultivation; one should know that this person will certainly continue the lineage of the Buddha and receive prediction from the Buddha, without any doubt.
