4.139

論。云何對治至本來涅槃故　釋曰。此顯對治也。五蘊無性。是故不生。既無有生。更何有滅。即無生滅本自涅槃。何有實法妄生欣厭。此義廣如大經等說。

[Treatise:] How is this remedied? [One should understand that the five skandhas naturally do not arise, and because they do not arise, they do not cease, being] originally nirvāṇa—
[Commentary:] "Explication": This shows the antidote. The five skandhas lack self-nature, and therefore do not arise. Since they do not arise, how could they cease? Having no arising and ceasing, they are originally nirvāṇa. How could there be real dharmas over which one falsely gives rise to longing and revulsion? This meaning is extensively explained in the Great Sūtra and elsewhere.
