聞說三寶三際等者。謂聞三寶有之與無。又聞三世有佛無佛。其心不轉名不退住。

'Hearing explanations of the Three Jewels, the three temporal boundaries', and so forth: this means that hearing whether the Three Jewels exist or not, and hearing whether there are Buddhas or no Buddhas in the three periods of time, one's mind does not turn back; this is named the 'abiding of non-retrogression'.
