初為二乘偏談四諦但說依他圓成有等者。謂四諦法即是依圓。苦集兩諦染因果故但依他性。滅道兩諦淨因果故而是圓成。道諦無漏雖從緣生。今乃攝入不倒圓成。故後二諦皆圓成攝。以四諦法是實因果。不攝遍計無體之法。故言但說依他圓成有等。

Regarding "Initially for the two vehicles, explaining solely the four truths, only stating that other-dependent and consummate [natures] exist," etc.: The dharmas of the four truths are simply other-dependent and consummate. The two truths of suffering and origination, being defiled causes and results, are only the other-dependent nature. The two truths of cessation and path, being pure causes and results, are the consummate [nature]. Although the untainted path truth arises from conditions, here it is subsumed under non-perverted consummation; hence both of the latter two truths are subsumed under the consummate. Because the dharmas of the four truths are real causes and results, and do not subsume the substanceless dharmas of the imagined [nature], it says "only stating that other-dependent and consummate [natures] exist," etc.
