成就念智者。住正念故其心明了深心不動。成就智故趣一切智終不退轉。
"Accomplishing mindfulness and wisdom": because of dwelling in right mindfulness, the mind is luminous and the deep mind is immovable; because of accomplishing wisdom, one proceeds toward all-knowledge and never retrogresses.
