稽首歸依大導師　十方三世諸如來
今集諸經念佛法　救度生死愛河人
八萬行中詮要行　顯示西方淨土門
自勸勸他生彼國　願佛慈悲力加被
稽首歸依無量壽　彼國他方大悲主
聞名渴仰遙頂禮　願共自他親奉事
眾生惑業相纏縛　六道輪迴苦無量
縱厭娑婆求出離　依附何門速解脫
為引諸經讚淨土　教令念佛往西方
奉請彌陀與眷屬　臨終捧座自來迎

Bowing my head, I take refuge in the Great Guide, / and the Tathāgatas of the ten directions and three periods of time.
Now I assemble from various sūtras the teachings of buddhānusmṛti, / to rescue those drowning in the river of craving and saṃsāra.
Among the eighty thousand practices, selecting the essential practice, / I reveal the gateway to the Western Pure Land,
Advising myself and urging others to be born in that realm, / wishing for the empowering support of the Buddha's compassionate power.
Bowing my head, I take refuge in Amitāyus, / the Lord of Great Compassion in that realm of another world.
Hearing His name, I look up in yearning and make obeisance from afar, / wishing that together, myself and others, may serve Him in person.
Sentient beings are entangled in delusion and karma; / the suffering of transmigrating through the six destinies is immeasurable.
Even if weary of the Sahā world and seeking renunciation, / relying on what gateway may one quickly achieve vimokṣa?
Citing various sūtras in praise of the Pure Land, / I teach [beings] to practice buddhānusmṛti and go to the West,
Respectfully invoking Amitābha and His retinue / to come in person at life's end, holding a seat to welcome them.
