人身雖復甚難求　得已還生萬種憂
始見紅顏花欲茂　俄然白髮颯成秋
魂飛魄散身歸塚　命盡形消肉糞坵
如何不樂生安樂　永座金臺佛國遊

Though a human body is indeed extremely difficult to obtain, / Having gained it, ten thousand kinds of sorrow arise anew. / Just seen with rosy cheeks, blooming like lush blossoms, / Suddenly white hairs rustle, turning into autumn. / The ethereal soul flies and the corporeal soul scatters as the body returns to the grave; / Life expires, form vanishes, into a mound of rotting dung. / Why not joyfully seek rebirth in bliss, / Ever seated upon golden terraces, wandering the Buddha lands?
