大眾欲作西方業　有罪無罪自應知
聞身康強不修福　臨渴掘井水難期
舊日少年兇猛盛　如今日髮亂如絲
眼見死時歸大地　不修十善待何時

O great assembly, if you wish to cultivate karma for the West, / Whether you have faults or not, you should know for yourselves. / Hearing that the body is strong and healthy yet cultivating no merit, / Digging a well when thirsty, how can water be expected? / In former days a youth, bold and vigorous, / Today the hair on one's head is disheveled like silk threads. / With your own eyes you see that at death one returns to the earth; / If not cultivating the ten wholesome actions now, what time are you waiting for?
