佛名。同歸淨土。證不退轉。速得成佛。盡未來際。無有休息。誓當守護一切佛法。及此五會念佛淨土。速疾要門令不斷絕。願承此速入真如無相海中。具一切智。此願如虛空。普遍於一切。不得是願者。誓不成佛道。若發此願虛願。身便紅爛。命終墮地獄。不生於淨土。應名。

the name of the Buddha, return together to the Pure Land, realize non-retrogression, and swiftly attain buddhahood without resting to the end of future kalpas. I vow to protect all Buddha-dharma and this swift, essential gate of the Pure Land five-tempo recitation of the Buddha's name, causing it never to be severed. I vow, relying on this, swiftly to enter into the ocean of the signless True Thusness and be endowed with all-knowledge. This vow is like empty space, universally pervading all. If I do not attain this vow, I vow never to achieve the Buddha path. If I have made this vow as an empty vow, may my body rot and fester red, and at the end of life may I fall into hell and not be born in the Pure Land. [The liturgical text] should be named:
