出家剛（努力）苦樂自須當（難識）
觀身如泡影（努力）念念趣無常（難識）

Renouncing the household life requires resolve (strive diligently!); suffering and joy must be borne oneself (hard to know!). / Contemplate the body as like a bubble and a shadow (strive diligently!), thought after thought hastening toward impermanence (hard to know!).
