地獄門前有何物（努力）牛頭獄卒在傍邊（難識）
手把鐵叉叉入鑊（努力）縱得人身受苦殃（難識）

What is there before the gates of hell? (Strive diligently!) The ox-headed wardens stand by the side (hard to know!). / Grasping iron forks in hand, they pitch [sinners] into caldrons (strive diligently!); even if they obtain a human body, they suffer calamitous agony (hard to know!).
