時乾祐四年。歲次辛亥蕤賓之月蓂彫十三葉。於宕泉大聖先巖寺講堂後彌勒院寫。故記

At that time, in the fourth year of the Qianyou era, the year of Xinhai [951 CE], in the month of Ruibin [fifth month], when the auspicious plant had shed thirteen leaves [the 13th day], copied in the Maitreya Courtyard behind the lecture hall of the Great Sage Xianyan Temple at Dangquan.
