一讀百遍。右遶七匝。如是七日。一日三時。於其七日。勿念餘經。存心方廣。更莫異境。
"Recite it one hundred times in a single reading, and circumambulate to the right seven times. Do this for seven days, at three periods each day. During those seven days, do not think of other sūtras; keep your mind fixed on the vaipulya, and do not attend to other realms."
