3.15

Then the Buddha said to Prince Sudarśana: 'Excellent, excellent! Great being, great being! You can yourself contemplate your body's unwholesome and evil karma, generate great terror, disclose various evils, and furthermore make kṣamā for all sins on behalf of sentient beings. For this reason, you are called a true great being. You yourself abandon all evils and furthermore cause sentient beings to keep far away from all evils; therefore you are called a true great being. You do not make vows for yourself first, but vow first for sentient beings, causing them to attain correct enlightenment; therefore you are called a true great being, a true great being.'
