能傷。若能一過。五體投地而為作禮。口自宣說。我今普禮一切十方三世諸佛。我今普禮一切十方三世諸佛至于千遍。然後乃起。所得功德如上所說。

If one can, once, cast the five limbs to the ground and pay homage, personally uttering with the mouth: 'I now universally pay homage to all the Buddhas of the ten directions and the three times; I now universally pay homage to all the Buddhas of the ten directions and the three times,' up to a thousand times, and only then arise, the merit obtained will be as stated above.
