"Severing defilements and eliminating perceptions, / the mind of clinging is liberated;
thoughts are tranquilly concentrated, / and pure conduct is fully perfected.
In a single thought and a single moment, / one cuts off the traces of the fetters;
eradicating the suffering of eternal kalpas, / causing it to be extinguished, never to arise again.
The unsurpassed path of emptiness and tranquility / seems to exist yet seems not to exist;
self, other, and the various consciousnesses / are like dreams, shadows, and illusory images.
A bodhisattva accumulates ascetic practices / for a number of kalpas difficult to measure;
desiring to exhaust the root, / it is of neither one nor two forms.
If there is a person of wisdom, / their mouth expounds immeasurable meanings;
a single meaning has billions of phrases, / each phrase distinct from the next;
empty space could be filled up, / but their meanings cannot be exhausted.
From the beginning in the past, / I practiced the six perfections;
giving eliminates thoughts of greed, / and meditative concentration is likewise.
When the kalpa burns, the mind remains unmoved, / not going to other Buddha lands;
moved by spiritual power, / one abides during the kalpa to teach and transform."
