"The superknowledges attained by ordinary beings / are just like those of flying birds: / there is near and there is far, / not departing from the path of saṃsāra. / The Buddha's superknowledge is an unhindered dharma, / genuine and without defilement; / with a thought, he reaches the ten directions, / going and returning without weariness. / Because he is mindful of sentient beings with loving-kindness, / his attainment of superknowledge is unobstructed; / the five superknowledges and wisdom of seers / regress and are unaccomplished. / My superknowledge is a firm and stable dharma, / bound to enter the gate of nirvāṇa."
