「眾等！相與歷劫已來罪若須彌，云何聞此晏然不畏不驚不恐？令此精神復嬰斯苦實為可痛。是故，弟子等！運此丹誠，至心歸依佛。
"Assembly! Together, our sins accrued throughout the kalpas are like Mount Sumeru; how can you hear this and remain calm, neither fearing, nor startled, nor terrified? To let this spirit again encounter such suffering is truly lamentable. Therefore, disciples, summoning this sincere devotion, with utmost heart take refuge in the Buddhas:
