（敬寫大佛名經貳佰捌拾捌卷，惟願城隍安泰、百姓康寧，府主尚書曹公己躬永壽，繼紹長季，含宅枝羅常然慶吉。于時大梁貞明陸季，歲次庚辰伍月十伍日寫記）。
