「南無善住世界名寶聚如來。彼如來授名藥王菩薩阿耨多羅三藐三菩提記。
"Namo to the world Supratiṣṭhita, and to the Tathāgata named Ratnarāśi. That Tathāgata bestowed the prophecy of anuttarā samyaksambodhiḥ upon the bodhisattva named Bhaiṣajyarāja.
