「南無憂蓋入世界名上首如來。彼如來授名上莊嚴菩薩阿耨多羅三藐三菩提記。
"Namo to the world Śokacchattrāvakrānti, and to the Tathāgata named Jyeṣṭha. That Tathāgata bestowed the prophecy of anuttarā samyaksambodhiḥ upon the bodhisattva named Uttamālaṃkāra.
