「南無華網覆世界名一切發眾生信發心如來。彼如來授名勝慧菩薩阿耨多羅三藐三菩提記。
"Namo to the world Kusumajālasaṃchanna, and to the Tathāgata named Sarvasattvaprasādacittotpāda. That Tathāgata bestowed the prophecy of anuttarā samyaksambodhiḥ upon the bodhisattva named Jyeṣṭhamati.
