「弟子等！略懺煩惱障竟，今當次弟懺悔業障。夫業能莊飾世趣在在處處，是以思惟求離世解脫，所以六道果報種種不同形類各異，當知皆是業力所作。

"We disciples have finished briefly repenting of the afflictive hindrances; now we must successively repent of the karmic hindrances. For karma adorns the worldly destinies in every place; therefore, reflecting on this, one seeks liberation away from the world. As the fruit and retribution of the six destinies are varied and dissimilar, with each species differing, one should know that all are made by the power of karma.
