「南無月起光世界名放光明如來。彼如來授名光明輪菩薩阿耨多羅三藐三菩提記。
Namo to the world Moon-Rising Radiance and the Tathāgata named Emitting Radiance. That Tathāgata conferred upon the bodhisattva named Wheel of Radiance the prophecy of anuttarā samyaksambodhiḥ.
