「南無安樂首世界名寶蓮華勝如來。彼如來授名波頭摩勝功德菩薩阿耨多羅三藐三菩提記。
Namo to the world Peaceful and Joyful Head and the Tathāgata named Supreme Precious Lotus. That Tathāgata conferred upon the bodhisattva named Supreme Virtue of Padma the prophecy of anuttarā samyaksambodhiḥ.
